Mitsubishi Evo XI Hybrid Diesel Confirmed
There was much speculation earlier this year that Mitsubishi were going to drop the Evo from its range, leading to much angst amongst teenage boys with pizza faces. But we reckoned we would instead see the new Mitsubishi Evo XI arrive with a hybrid powerplant. And so it is.

You never really know until it’s officially announced, but we did expect the 2012 Mercedes SLK55 to get the new 5.5 litre V8. When Mercedes revealed the new SLK back in January, we knew there were still two more versions to come for 2012 – the SLK55 and the Diesel SLK – and that we’d get the official details later. Well, now it’s later – at least for the SLK55.
Ford is holding a contest to get drivers interested in the new Focus ST--as if we weren't already. Ford will have driving simulators at this year's auto shows, and the person who records the fastest time will get a trip to ESPN's summer X Games.
